I was honored to be part of the ribbon cutting for the new barn at Raider Ranch, a great addition that will expand teaching opportunities in the agriculture department at McGavock High School.  Students, teachers and animals were very happy at the enhanced facilities.

Donelson neighbor Brian Earley and founder of Think2Change is hosting an event to bring greater awareness to bullying in our schools.  Dare You 2 Move will be an event at a few of Donelson’s schools on October 26th where Brian will share his personal story called Power of One, detailing his struggles with abuse and how one person changed his life.  In Brian’s words, “Dare You 2 Move will not only challenge students to be the power of one in someone’s life, but to also never let their circumstances define them.”  Visit Brian’s website for more information.
